No fuel queues at Asda

Quick - get down there - no queues for fuel at Asda Dunbar - and it's only £1:15.9 per litre for diesel. I spent £63 quid - on top of the £50 I spent in fuel in Dalwhinnie (twinned with Las Vegas).

Would that be Las Vegas, Nevada, USA? How on earth would that twinning have come about? Quaint Scottish town and bottomless pit of greed, filth and hubris? Hmm. Is it the distillery?

what's ASDA anyway? Can you provide like a glossary for the rest of us?

Pedi- your pictures are back - well done - as tantallising as ever. Asda is the name the much hated Walmart trades as in the UK (hence the slap on the wrist from Sitar).

The twinning with Las Vegas is a joke made by a hotel - http://www.theinndalwhinnie.com/ - 'quaint scottish town' doesn't quite capture the bleak desolation of the place - which is what makes the twinning with Las Vegas such an amusing idea.
