Nice one Chris. The thoughtfulness of this gift set amongst all the complaints of flat batteries and push starting vehicles (I had to jump start the van on Wednesday in fact) is beyond measure.

I sent the sellers an email to say thanks for sorting out the problems with postage:

Thanks for sorting this one out so quickly. My friend has now received his charger and he's over the moon. Have a look at his blog: http://itsagoatslife.blogspot.com/ He's an old friend who packed in his job and went about as far north as you can go to make goat cheese.
His van battery kept dying so I sent him the charger to grab the few weak embers of sunlight that trickle out of that freezing winter sky.
It's the perfect gift.
